What stops us from following Christ?

What stops us living for God? Well there is a bunch of things that stops. People are very greedy because of money they think all they need is money and nothing else. They think they do not need to give to the poor because they are too rich to give to the poor.
Evolution is bad because it is a big fat lie and it is just nonsense because it talks about monkeys turning in to humans. Even the creator of evolution (Charles Darwin) says it is not true.
Strangers can give you stuff you are not suppose to have like drugs cigarettes and alcohol.
Television shows may show people beating up another person and they may talk bad language. Video games have bad language and weird stuff in it.
Some people have mansion, servants, a fancy car and good furniture and they think they have every thing in the world. However, they do not have Salvation in Jesus.
This does not mean that you cannot have a mansion, video games, or television set just do not let it take control of your life!

i dont follow christ because modernization of the church is very stigmatizing and i'm too afraid to check archaic scripts and texts that suit my needs so i resort to watered-down philosophies
