Gastly, in Sp. Atk and Speed. Anyone got a list of pokemon that give off +2 or more in those two stats? I know Beautifly gives off 3 Sp. Atk.  awesome;

I dunno about +2 Sp. Atk. places, but the Old chateau is good for SP. Atk. because all you'll find there is Gastlys, which of 1 EV of Special Attack.

A good place for speed is above the battle area, in which you can fight Farrows and Raticates for +2 EVs each. fap;
