Doodthing for Smash

Some of the serious characters I'd like to see do well in this include Ice Climbers, Inkling, Dixie Kong, Paper Mario, Tails, and Quote (Cave Story)

The only things you listed that I don't see here are Geno (although Mallow is there instead), Chorus Men, Vaati, Tetra, and Sami.

Wolf is significantly different from Fox in playstyle, moreso than Falco. I don't personally care to play as him, but I at least understand why people do.

A better question is why anybody ever would ask for Pichu to return, let alone enough people to place it at 5th place popularity.
