I've never had that problem with rapidshare, megaupload, etc.

It's probably my shitty ISP. I rarely have trouble with torrents. 

When downloading any decent size file it tends to stop about half way or three fourths of the way through. Some times after about 2 or 3 tries it will work, but most of the time it's unsuccessful.
