I wouldn't want the possibility of a Germany-Poland matchup... It would be incredibly Dortmund-like of them to actually produce a good performance faced with so many Bayern players.  So please, no Poland making it out of the group. myface;

Oh... do we have to play a team from group A in the first round of the finals?

I wanted to get an easy win against England again awdood;

group a winner vs group b runner-up
group b winner vs group a runner-up
and so forth for the quarter finals

so yes. myface;

the seemingly easiest team germany could get from group a [excluding a miracle from the greeks] would be czechia, should it win group b. also another thing to note:  the germans [glow=black,2,300]haven't[/glow] won the second game of a group phase in a very long time.  however that could be due to the fact that they've pretty much regularly blown their opening opponents out of the water if the first match and is just lingering overconfidence.

I hope Denmark can come back and at least get a draw. cry;

Germany lineup: Neuer; Boateng, Hummels, Badstuber, Lahm; Schweinsteiger, Khedira; Müller, Özil, Podolski; Gómez

I hope Poldi and Özil get involved in this game more.  >.<

Ugh playing too loose there
yeah, they really did give van derpsie a lot of space... awdood;

also, so klose there cry;

a win is a win but the last quarter of the matches have looked flat.  i don't like how many corners the germans are conceding either, at least they kept the netherlanders in single digits though.

and it seems gómez will win man of the match
