can we setup the cliques of Boyah

i need to know which group of users i fit into so i can produce better posts for my target audience. the only clique i know of is the Boyager Anime Crew, which consists of Kaz, Bluaki, Nyerp, Echo and possibly dp and snowy. possibly

can we make an official charter, also i think it is possible to hold dual-clique membership so don't be afraid to list anyone twice.
