radio silence on their end.  It said it was in the process of being shipped and will call me when it arrives at the store so i could pick it up (along with cables, and other misc things)

Weird. Have you tried contacting them?
I've only ever had good experiences buying from them before although I might be the exception.

they once tricked me into buying a case in which i could have gotten for Free, also drum set that is "new" is quite beat up. but besides that i have been Fine.
i was going to call them on Monday and see what's up.
