well currently it's impossible to experiment with all the perks because once you select one it's permanent

the point of the update is to allow you to be able to reset your perks, but at the cost of resetting your level with it (of course you can level up normally after that and get it back to 100 again, but that's time consuming)

i see the point, but i'm not sure i'd ever do it myself, even though i do have a few perks i think i've wasted on things i really didn't need

the other advantage is that by leveling up after a reset you can circumvent the level cap
