i actually really love the integration of shouts into this game. i only just learned the new words of power you get at high hrothgar though. i only have 4 shouts found so far and one of them isn't unlocked yet.

like the swing your weapon faster one, i have all three words but i leave the last two locked since it's useless to me; you can only use it with non-enchanted weapons and my weapons are all enchanted
