from the bonfire, see the well and the tree nearby? go past them, there's a sloping path going up the side of the cliff that's not very easy to see your first time

that leads you to undead burg, which is where you want to go first

Ok will try it.

Kalahari Inkantation

got to sif, died, and quit for the night

he seems simple enough as long as i stay under him

Samus Aran

i haven't tried going after sif yet, but i was planning on doing that next since i think i need something from that area before i can finish new londo ruins

srsly, i had to check a walkthrough to find it smithicide;

i kept going into the graveyard and thinking "that can't be where i'm supposed to go. i HOPE it's not awdood;"

tho if some people did start with the catacombs thinking "well everyone did say this game is supposed to be hard", they have balls of steel

firelink is such a large and confusing area at first, with so many different paths leading away from it that i didn't even think to take a single step away from the bonfire without first consulting a guide lol

though if you're willing to risk death (which at this point is of little consequence for you), it might be worth it for you to briefly brave the beginnings of those tougher areas just to gather some neat and potentially helpful items that you would otherwise be getting much later on

You need the ring you get from killing Sif to fight 4 Burger Kings.
that fight freaked me out, cuz its like.... all black.

how much more black can it get? the answer.... is none.
sif was easy enough. just stay near, andback up when hes gonna do spin move, or block.

i do, and i did get the pendant in the duke's archives but i probably will not anything more until i'm right at the end of the main game

and considering that i have 2/4 lord souls i guess that's not very far away

Kalahari Inkantation

i don't have it, and i probably won't worry about it until i'm near finished with the base game

Thyme

i forgot all about it and then i beat the last boss :(

That's probably for the best.

Though it's worth beating the DLC before fighting Sif for a different cutscene but you can always just see that on Youtube or something.
