half done with the show, and only one instance of "plot" has occurred so far. otherwise it keeps going back and forth between trying to be a vaguely action-y show and a complete moe moe kyun show

it would be a genuinely good show if it could just pick one or the other. as it stands, especially after the last episode (kyoani flexing its animation budget for an obligatory dancing/singing scene to kill a dreamshade? come on), it's hard to even see it as a complete product

the characters are fine, it's a pretty show, obviously the animation is phenomenal, but other than that there's...nothing
