btw, i didn't feel like anything was particularly lost from the first madoka movie. after all, six episodes isn't much more than two hours anyway - they didn't really need to scrunch much of anything down.

i haven't seen the second yet so i can't say much about that one but idk the first one felt like a basically perfect adaptation that looked a bit better
