I like the one suggestion per person idea.

we can go back to it.  but i think we should make it stricter, such as having a limit on the total films able to be nominated [which can obviously be higher than the twenty limit i set] and then having two voting rounds so it's less likely that we end with a tie or a have winner by an incredibly thin margin.
