Evince seems nice, but I didn't know there's a Windows version of it. Unless they screwed something up in the port, I'd say to go with that.
Behind it, I'd say Foxit. A little bloated, but it's not slow and it seems to render any PDF I've thrown at it properly.
I've barely tried Sumatra and, despite it being lightweight, I generally dislike it.

I've never heard of the others you listed and they don't look particularly worthwhile, judging by the Wikipedia articles.
