I think it's pretty unfair that mods and admins can't post their own opinions in this thread. It's not like we all conspire together.

As for the administration in general, I find it horribly disorganized, unfair, inefficient, and too big. Why do we have 4 admins? What do all of them even do?

I think we also have too many mods, and that sometimes some of the mods can be unfair too, myself included. I've loosened up a bit, but recently I was extremely strict...

I don't like Lawlz. He comes and fucks with everything. It seems without him there really is a lot less spam.

Although Lawlz is funny, he is also an example of some of the users we would be better off without.
