The syntax in full is /ns register PASSWORD EMAIL.

PASSWORD and EMAIL are vraiable, replace them if you must. The email is taken in case you lose your pass, so an IRCop can send it back to you.

We need to bump this and get PJIRC working. It'd be a really small load if people even just sat and idled, as long as they never log out. The connection to the server doesn't go through the Boyah host.
