I'm probably going to be a nutritionist when I grow up(Haw, like I ever will)

What is the difference between the two diets, anyways?

In my old diet, I didn't eat anything healthy. IT WAS MIXED IT WITH THE FOOD, I THOUGHT IT WAS HEALTHY.

My new diet has fruit and veggies.


*By diet, I mean going to something healthier, not like, a weight loss diet
