Generally this is the case, which is why I pirate it. Nintendo never lower their damn prices on first party games unless it's used, then they have no choice.

Well it's extremely reliable for Nintendo games, gets releases really early, and has a really great community. The only consoles I pirate for are my Wii and DS so it's pefect.

I still kind of wish they hadn't gone the route of a direct sequel.

Galaxy was a really unique idea for a mario sequel and they kind of ruined it for me.

Yeah, I adjusted it in the menu, and yes, I bought the cables directly from Nintendo.
