A Curious Thing

A curious thing happened today. I skipped school almost spontaneously and went and watched Men Who Stare at Goats. Because my third eye blinked, I am satisfied with this. And so I resolved to abandon smoking. Done. I tossed the cigarettes and kicked the weed. Actually threw it! Mind you, I was still quite high. It seemed rather calm and comforting; and I was composed. There was this odd grin stretching within me, like some ancient secret was unveiled. It was absolute. I'll admit, this is somewhat peculiar, but it was unusually interesting. As I drove the tune of Amadeus blasted all along the way. And Socks changed.

And so, has your third eye blinked?

uh okay, that's cool i guess. higher consciousness and heightened self-awareness are great and all but i don't think i've ever had a singular moment in my life where my "third eye blinked," as you put it

i like to think that i've grown a lot in that regard though, even if i still have a lot of growing to do.
