No you don't. It would be nice if it were offered to you for free, but no one in their right minds would actually pay money for that shit. It's basically XP with some new features like UAP that just piss the fuck out of people and a little pretty theme.

Paint just reduces the quality of an image so much that it makes it look like shitty computer running only 16-bit color.
