I wanted something quick to muss around with when I'm not doing school work, so I re-found this, a super old strategy game I used to love.
Really simple and everything, but still a blast. I guess there's still a pretty decent multiplayer community and they made a revised matchmaker a few years ago.

Long out of print, but some nice person uploaded the full version of the game in a cool little client.

From there you can go and find the matchmaker client. It's on another site, I believe.

I think that's based on the first game.

"The beginning" is actually the third in the series and plays completely different.
