Idk it's in the settings somewhere. I missed my taskbar and put the RD at the top of my desktop anyway. It looks so much better up there. But yeah just mess with the settings it should do it.

I just set my taskbar to hide mode unless you put the mouse towards the bottom.

It seems extremely useless, it takes up lots of resources to mimic a useless aesthetic feature.  baddood;
Why not just use quick launch on the start bar, honestly?
