What the fuck.

that's more like it  n_u

at wpi instad of having 14-week terms, we have 7-week accelerated terms.

And although the classes are short and there aren't many, supposedly there are two hours of homework for every hour of class.

So it's not quite as glorious as it seems, but still.

Almost everything at WPI is project-based, which I haven't decided if I like or not yet. We'll see how that pans out.

3 classes a day, 50 minutes each, 4 days a week, terms are 7 weeks long.

My schedule at UConn would have been better... but alas, it was lost. saddood;

7 weeks is incredibly short though

OHOHOH I WANTED TO TELL YOU

I have a friend who's trying to decide between UCONN and Wisconson right now and I was like "OMG MY FRIEND WAS GOING BETWEEN THE SAME SCHOOLS." so thens he wanted to know who you were but I was just like "uhhhhhhhhhhhh, you wou;dn't know hom. >.>"

she's probably going to uconn anyway because, you know, we live in CT ans state funding and whatnot.

What are you going to do at WPI, anyway?

welllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll

technically I'm undecided

But the robotic engineering professor was trying desperately to recruit me today as they only have like 9 lids right now and none are girls. So I might consider that.
If I don't decide on anything by the beginning of next year I'll probably just start off as a CS major because it actually requires the least amount of science classes and I hate science. <.<

Veal

for the record my classes are 1.5 or 3 hours long twice a week and i'm taking 5. so ha!

I'd definitely look into the robotic engineering. I'd go in demanding to build a Metal Gear.  snakedood;

But if you took the CS route, what do you think that you'd wind up using that degree for? Or would that just be a stepping stone to something else?

Who cares? I'm going to end up sewing for a living after I graduate anyway.  n_u

p.s. it's probably easier to find a job with a CS major than a roboticss engineering major  baddood;

Set a new goal: become the world's greatest sewer and make a living contracting out your services by making elaborate cosplay stuff for people. n_u

Congratulations.

It seems like a very nice place to go to school.  giggle;

I still have no idea to which college I'll go; I suppose to whichever I can get financial aid.
