Anyone have some suggestions? I've tried some online, but most straight up suck dick.

I use Mpeg streamclip. I don't know how good the Windows version is, but it's fine on OS X

"MPEG Streamclip is a freeware video editor/converter..."

although i've never bothered trying anything else so i won't argue over app quality but ffmpeg is command line baloney not for peles

SUPER Converter does pretty much everything, as I've said countless times.

persona 4 is a game only TRUE NIGGAS can handle

and cli doesn't bother me in most cases but for casual computer users a gui is nice goonish

Probably. MP3 to OGG isn't that uncommon so it probably has an OGG codec in it.

The only problem with SUPER C is that it's a resource hog, so don't run it with a bunch of other things at the same time unless you think your computer can handle it fine. But yeah, it can do images, audio, video, flash, etc. Not to mention you can change its properties (in particular, resolution, bitrate, etc.) while converting...though that's pretty standard for converters anyway I suppose.

Um Avidemux can convert those. Dunno about Mac but I know it's on both Linux and Windows. I use it for various video editing.
