honestly my parents don't interfere with my school life at all. it's awesome. they only get involved when they periodically check my grades, and if they see something wrong they'll ask me about them and i'll usually give them false reassurance that the teacher is just a dumbass when it's usually just me being lazy, but i normally get by on my natural brains and end up just fine. they couldn't care less what classes i'm taking. they trust me to take the classes i need, and i trust myself to too. i'm not going to load myself with stupid classes like extra PE classes or extra drama when things like science aren't required anymore.
