I banned him last night for changing his username to JMV and refusing to change it back.  We then updated the rules stating specifically NOT to do that and he did it again.  I banned him for two days this time.  If he does it again, he's staying banned.

yes disobeying an admin and a rule isn't a big deal.

It causes problems with PMs; I'm admin so I need to get EVERY one of my PMs.
