Seriously, I voted no, because even though he may be a prick, there's a slim chance he could enjoy coming here, and no one likes to be banned.

Jester can become extremely annoying, especially on the anonymous board, where he posts insulting comments whenever there's room for one. And even if it's the anonymous board and he doesn't know who's who, he still posts random insults. Good thing he's only on once in a while, or my head will explode. Jester's a jerk.
