Don't know; my brother got SotC one year for Christmas and hated it. I think I'd still like Ico better if I played SotC. There aren't any megahuge monsters in Ico (just a variety of shadow monster thingies) and there's really only one boss (which is funny since SotC is ONLY bosses). I think I was overall satisfied with the game, but I'm not sure what you like in games. Anyway, give it a rent at least (which is what I did sweat;).
