No.

In an unrelated matter, why does our version of MediaWiki suck so badly? We have 1.6.9. Outsider's wiki has 1.9.4.

Our PHP is 5.3 versions too old, but our MySQL is high enough for 1.11.


Strangely enough, the requirements for 1.7 and 1.11 are the exact same.
