According to weather.com my area has...

AN ARCTIC HIGH PRESSURE AREA WILL CONTINUE TO SLOWLY SHIFT EAST OF THE SOUTHERN APPALACHIAN REGION THIS EVENING. HOWEVER...WITH ONLY THIN CIRRUS CLOUDS TO SLOW COOLING THROUGH THE EARLY PART OF THE EVENING... TEMPERATURES SHOULD FALL RAPIDLY BELOW FREEZING. MOISTURE WILL GRADUALLY INCREASE AHEAD OF AN APPROACHING COLD FRONT TONIGHT ALLOWING LIGHT PRECIPITATION TO SPREAD NORTHEAST ACROSS THE TENNESSEE RIVER VALLEY. A LIGHT WINTRY MIX OF RAIN...FREEZING RAIN OR SLEET WILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS SOUTHEAST TENNESSEE AND SOUTHWEST NORTH CAROLINA BEFORE SUNRISE ON TUESDAY MORNING. THIS PRECIPITATION WILL SPREAD NORTH...AND POSSIBLY MIX WITH LIGHT SNOW...ACROSS THE REST OF EAST TENNESSEE AND SOUTHWEST VIRGINIA AFTER SUNRISE ON TUESDAY MORNING.

PRECIPITATION AMOUNTS SHOULD BE LIGHT ON TUESDAY MORNING...WITH A FEW SLICK SPOTS EXPECTED AROUND SUNRISE THROUGH MID MORNING...ESPECIALLY ACROSS THE NORTHERN CUMBERLAND PLATEAU... SOUTHWEST VIRGINIA AND NORTHEAST TENNESSEE. THIS WINTRY MIX OF LIGHT PRECIPITATION WILL THEN CHANGE TO ALL RAIN LATER IN THE MORNING AND AFTERNOON...AS TEMPERATURES QUICKLY CLIMB INTO THE 40S ACROSS MOST AREAS AS SOUTHERLY WINDS STRENGTHEN AHEAD OF THE COLD FRONT. THE FRONT SHOULD MOVE THROUGH THE AREA LATER IN THE AFTERNOON...WITH COLDER AIR CHANGING ANY LINGERING RAIN INTO SNOW DURING THE EVENING HOURS. ONCE AGAIN...ANY SNOWFALL SHOULD BE LIGHT AS MOST OF THE MOISTURE WILL QUICKLY EXIT THE REGION AFTER THE FRONTAL PASSAGE. ONLY MINOR SNOW ACCUMULATIONS IN THE MOUNTAINS ARE EXPECTED ON TUESDAY NIGHT
