Announcing targeted message icons.

As you can see from this thread, we have a News Icon for this thread.  Over the next few minutes I'll be adding several more.

These will include an image for threads containing NSFW content, threads containing spoilers, threads containing YouTube videos, and threads containing news content. 

If this concept works, we will be adding more icons over the next few weeks.

That works. It would make more sense to have a separate tag for announcements, but it's not a big deal.
