Was there a move relearner in Gold?

I need to get my Eevee to an Umbreon before level 30 (I gots it at level 20) because that's when it learns Confuse Ray. I don't want to commit to training it so it would end up evolving after 30 if it can't learn the move, but I could just relearn the move if there is a move relearner.

do help

YPrrrr

I don't think so...

I had the same problem with it trying to get evolve it so it could learn faint attack

lmao giving umbreon an attack move

The Hand That Fisted Everyone

I don't think it had a move tutor, it had a move deleter so you could delete HM's and such and that was in Blackthorne or wherever the damn Dragon chick is.

Yeah, seriously, back then...man, nostalgia is kicking in.

I remember how excited i was. i got it for one of my birthdays... probably my 10th or so. I picked up the kid who gave it to me and spun him around about 69 times. and screamed. and now, as i look at the same cartridge......it makes me sad because the fucking battery died!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and yeah, i didn't know anything. My movesets would be:

Charizard
Fly
Flamethrower
Fire Blast
Strength

Umbreon
Bite
Crunch
Faint Attack
Somethign else

I had no idea what I was doing.
:( but still it was fun as fuck and that's all that matters.
