No, buy a Router instead. The Nintendo Wifi USB connector is shit and requires a massive powerful computer too.

Depending on what router you use, I can help set you up.

My only guess is portforward.com. It shows your external IP address at the bottom. I guess you could check if it's your router by copying it, and pasting it in a new windowtab after a http:// So it'd be http://xx.xx.xxx.xxx

Then if it takes you to your router menu, put it into your DS and it should work.

Because the wifi USB router is a major waste of money.
