Or using one to get the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the most out of a game
ya..... No

Sorry dude but you're wrong on this one

the alternative is spending 8934639yh4ry389473 hours testing every imaginable sequence of events in the game and you'd still be unsure of whether or not you've gotten the most out of it

with a game like dark souls, a guide is the best way to ensure you get the most from it in a reasonable amount of time

sure, i could spend a thousand hours randomly hitting at walls to make sure i'm not missing out on an important covenant or a hidden pathway leading to entirely new areas behind some arbitrary treasure chest in the middle of a swamp

or i could consult a guide and have it tell me so i can actually have a chance to experience cool things i would almost certainly have missed otherwise

Then theres things like the zodiac spear in ff xii
It requires you dont open four seemingly normal chests to get it.
How could you know that normally?

oh my god shut up stay out of this thread

ncba93ivyase

i used a guide for dark souls because there are so many ways to screw up and it's impossible to go back on what you've done

playing through something like that completely blind would be too frustrating.

If using a guide, especally on a game as unforgiving as a souls game, helps me enjoy a game more than thats exactly what i am gonna do.
And if i wanna spend 20 to get said guide,  so be it

TooB

There is a third trials game coming apparently....
Trials Fusion.
I might getit
