GBA wasn't overrated. You just didn't ever play Metroid Fusion or Zero Misson or any of the Castlevania games on it. DS is probably my 2nd favorite console up there with SNES and PS2 (PS2 kicks ass)

I agree. The DS has been lacking good games for months. PH was the last DS game I've played.

And like nearly every DS game, I beat it in about 3 days.

There are so many great games for the DS, it's your fault that you aren't playing it a lot.

I just beat RE:DS and I really wish that Capcom would make another RE for the DS and the DS only. Please no more ports. The graphics are very good for the DS and the cutscenes are intact and you can actually tell whats going on. The DS really suffers from too much crappy 3D games that could really do much better.

DS graphics rival the PS1's graphics.

Thats because you play the games a lot when they come out. I beat Zelda TP in 2 days and Mario Galaxy in 24 hours and 59 minutes after I bought it.

I do the same thing for every game system I buy for. DS games have always been MUCH shorter.

TP took me about 5 days, and SMG took be near 2 days. SMG is different though, I'm still playing to get all 120 stars (I have ~107 now), and I'm going to replay it with Luigi.

They're shorter, not a big surprise since they cost $20-25 less.
Also if you want a long game, go buy some RPGs

Pokemon and Etrian Odyssey are both games that will last 100+ hours if you're looking into getting a good amount of hours for your money. Etrian Odyssey is grinding and Pokemon is collecting and grinding but if thats what you're looking for.
