It's sort of sad, but I have to admit that its movements are pretty funny taken out of context. It seems that LSD affects a cat's nervous system to a greater extent than it does to humans.

I really don't know. I'm pretty certain they already knew what LSD can do to any animal. Why they needed to see how it was different in cats than other animals is a mystery. I'm pretty sure that this kind of test wouldn't come close to passing ethics checks these days.

But putting acid and shampoos on rabbit eyes with no anesthetics  and installing circuits in a cat brain is perfectly fine, as well as cutting muscles out of the leg of a dog that's wide-awake. powerofone;
