I almost never take my shoes off anymore unless I'm going to bed or taking a shower.

Well, I knew my dick was out of my boxers, but I didn't notice that my fly was unzipped.  My dick wasn't sticking out of my pants or anything. Luckily it was flaccid and was drooping in a manner that it didn't exit my pants.   My hands were full so I couldn't zip my fly.
