There was an episode of 20-20 that they talked about this.

Possibly the funniest thing I've seen in awhile. Why?

Well, two of the people in the 'asexual group' ended up hooking up, and having -you guessed it- sex. They enjoyed it.

It's just taht you're not as interested in it as other people, it's not as important as say, personaloty traits or any of that other stuff. Doesn't mean "omg, sex, ew cooties, thats so gross, that looks like it hurts."
