Or something. Anyways, my dad got a iMac G5 for video editing, if it really is slow, then my dad might complain about it like he did with his original, Windows computer (but I hear he's had good experiences with Macs).

It wouldn't, trust me. Before I got my own computer the majority of my computing was done on an iMac G5, and it truly was a piece of shit, even at 2.0GHz. 512 RAM is nowhere near enough to run OS X at a decent speed, so I don't know where Lawlz is coming from.
