2 Story, 5 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, kitchen.

Basically, the first floor is the Master Bedroom with it's own bathroom, a small area with a few couches, half a bathroom, the Living room with a TV, a kitchen and door to the backyard.

Upstairs is 4 bedrooms, another bathroom and another living room with a 50-60 ich (not sure) Projection TV.

Well, he did say small, now, I don't know what he'd consider small, out here in Iowa our lawn is considered small, but I'd say it's about fifteen metres wide buy twenty metres.
