If you ask me, "Jessica" is more common than Haley. It might not be in your school, but as a whole in the US, Haley doesn't seem nearly as common.

Of course, you should suck it up and enjoy your real first name anyway. What's so bad about "Haley?" "Ryan" is a much more common name, and that doesn't bother me.

No, I mean seriously, when I think of a Ronald, I think of a really tall, unshaven guy with a day job in a cubicle. He's also got a rather deep voice.
