The Oggmonster

yeah it has been rumored.
"And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who would attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee. "

The people who bought the white iMacs got fucked up the ass, at least the ones who bought them towards the end. The new iMacs got processor upgrades and are a huge bang for your buck.
And it's about the same price, ami rite?

I hate that about Apple, it's like you have to buy it the day it's announced so that you know you get it when it's worth it. If you buy it 6+ months after it's released Apple might release or announce something better FOR THE SAME PRICE.

Think about this:
If you had 1500 dollars to spend before they released the new ones, you got a 2.16GHz Processor and a 250 gigabyte hard drive.

Now? You get a 2.40 GHz Santa Rosa Processor and a 320 Gigabyte Hard drive psyduck;

BOTH OF THOSE ARE OVERPRICED OH GOD.

I'll be fine with my 8800 graphics card for $1000

I wouldn't mind paying 1500. You get a 20-inch Monitor with the ability to run every single operating system out there, an HD Graphics Card, and it's all built into one sleek package.

I'm buying a monitor with my computer too, I'm getting a dual monitor setup  caterpie;

19 inches, and it can run games, any game pretty much ever. I'm getting ready for Starcraft 2. My graphics card will be of course "HD" or dual DVI outputs

Yeah, mine will be 8800, have 500+gbs hard drive space, two 19 inch monitors, 4gbs of ram, and maybe two DVD burners so I can copy DVDs a lot faster. And it'll cost $1800 less. If you have the money, why not buy a MacBook Pro, even if you don't get the best video card, 200gbs less of hard drive space, and 2 inches less, and of course 1 less monitor, BUT IT'S PORTABLE. I have a decent laptop that my family shares when we go to hotels so I have no need of a laptop, especially when my desktop is a lot nicer.

I don't have the money for that, and if I did, I'd buy something more useful to me.

Also why is the standard amount of ram so low with such a good graphics card? Thats retarded. And don't tell me it's because Mac uses less ram then Windows, because the graphics card is obviously for a video game and boot camp, but the ram isn't enough at all.

Unless I'm reading it wrong.
