Steel

Please excuse me but what are the avatar limitations might I ask? I wish to know because these scroll bars are rather annoying in my opinion. Could I please get the exact specifications...

Daddy

Wrong board, moved.

Also:

Avatar/Signature Limitations

    * Signatures cannot exceed 600 pixels in width and 200 pixels in height.
    * Avatars should not exceed the height limit of at least 150 as it will stretch the post far too long. As for width, you may have an avatar of up to 106 pixels in width; anything more than that will put your avatar in an ugly scroll-box, and you don't want that.

Why do I still have these scrollers on the side of my icon?

I don't see them. It's the right size.

I make HD photos and they show up as HD on my MacBook Pro and old Dell LCD.

So maybe some aren't, but most are.  psyduck;
