It's a free one called Flightgear for Mac.

I'm sure the controls are relatively the same.
But I have no idea how to keep my plane stable or turn without crashing

Oh, I have Flight Simulator X.  :P

Actually, they almost look the same.     Almost...

Its much easier with a joystick if you have one.  And at least in Flight Sim, I could turn all the realism off.

I freakin' love flight games. china;
I'd buy that Flight Simulator game for PC, but then I'd have to buy the joystick and all of that stuff. poppy;
