What the fuck is it, and where the hell do I get it? I need to evolve my Murkrow.

You can't get it until you beat the 7th gym. Yeah, I was wondering the same thing so I could evolve my Misdreavus. I got it the other day though, and I'm very happy with my Mismagius. wub;
