All of my Pokémon except for Crobat were defeated in the last battle on top of Mt. Coronet. Clint was willing to restore my health before the battle, but the dumbass professor wouldn't do anything before I fought Palkia? Bullshit. So I tried a Quick ball as soon as I got in and almost caught it. Crobat was down to 43 HP, and there was no way I was going to redo that entire battle. So I ... used my Master Ball.

Do you get another one at some point in the game?

Only idea I got is to use the cloning cheat from gold or silver. Trade an old Pokemon for one from G/S carrying a master ball.

Gold and Silver can't be swapped, and since they're screwed up, they won't even trade with each other.
