Its a cheating device. You look up codes on the internet and input them into and then it does what the code tells it to do. For example, if I wanted to play as Giga Bowser, I input the Giga Bowser code.

Mewtwo takes 900 matches or 24 hours of gameplay time. I just usually leave the game on when I'm not playing.
