He's a guitarist that has become well known for shredding really fast, which for some reason impresses people. He's also famous for wearing a chicken bucket on his head as well as a mask.



For some reason, people also like to say he was an important Guns N' Roses guitarist, even though all he did was tour with them once and maybe record a song or two.

21 is the median amount. I believe the average fret range goes from 20 to 22. Though there are some that have more and less.
