Perhaps a slim (lol) majority of the administration/moderation team is.  Dunno about the rest of the user base, though the amount of Nsider discussion might indicate that they are not actually banned. Regardless, that doesn't mean we encourage account suicide by means of a story involving incest, anal insertion, etc. etc. as is customary.  In fact, we've got a handy little guide on bans:
