Soundgarden was one of the most successful and popular bands of the 90s, period. Not sure how you got the impression they weren't ~mainstream~

i think that soundgarden is honestly pretty meh but the 90s were a great fucking decade for music and fuck anyone who says otherwise

one memory i have of sound garden is when me and corey were driving through california and it was playing and man it was great. the scenery was beautiful we sang along to songs and it was a fun drive. those are one of those memories i'll keep for life.
